And that brings me to my holiday schedule. The following days/times I will be available to answer questions, provide proofs and fill orders.
WEEK OF THANKSGIVING Monday, Nov. 23rd and Tuesday, Nov. 24th {8am to 5pm}
STARTING NOV. 30th, BUSINESS HOURS AS USUAL Monday thru Friday {8am to 5pm}
WEEK OF CHRISTMAS Monday, Dec. 21st thru Wednesday, Dec. 23rd {8am to 5pm}
CUSTOM ORDERS AND SHIPPING DURING THE HOLIDAYS
Turnaround on custom orders remains the same during the holidays but please be aware of the holiday hours listed above. RUSH Production, however, becomes a 2 day turnaround staring Nov. 23rd and goes up to $25.
Business days are Monday thru Friday (or as indicated above for the holidays).
DIGITAL PROOF 1 to 2 business days of your order
STANDARD PRODUCTION 2-3 business days from approval on a proof and final payment.
RUSH PRODUCTION $25 for guaranteed 2 day. Available on up to 2 unique items only.
Fed-Ex home delivery is Monday thru Saturday. Please note that these shipping options are in addition to the production time listed above.
