what does "paperie" mean?

As far as I can tell “paperie” is not technically a real word.  It is often used in the stationery world to describe a company that deals with paper items such as invitations and the like.  I felt it was a good fit for the name of my biz so I went with it.  Luckily, when naming a biz, creativity beats out correct use of the English language.


What type of paper do you use?

All items (with the exception of stickers or any item otherwise indicated) are printed on 110# Smooth UltraWhite cardstock from Mohawk. Mohawk paper mills use more than 18,000 tons of post-consumer fiber each year, elimiating the harvest of some 312,000 trees annually and are an industry leader in the use of zero-emission wind generated power.  So you can feel good about that. 

Wedding collections are available in
  > Smooth UltraWhite
  > Linen White: white paper with a slight  linen texture
  > Warm White Felt: cream paper with  texture
  > Eggshell White: smooth, off white paper

Stickers are printed on a White Matte Adhesive stock.


How are your items printed?

All of my items are professionally printed using a digital offset printing press. 

Please note that colors may look different on your screen and I can not be responsible for slight variations in your printed items.  If you would like to see how your colors will print, printed Two Pooch Color Palettes are available for purchase.


Do you offer different color envelopes or liners? What about printed envelopes?

I currently do not have color options available for envelopes and do not offer printed liners at this time.  

I do offer printed envelopes for an additional $.25 each. Printed envelopes include return address only.  Unfortunately, I do not have the capability to provide printed mailing addresses at this time.

what are your business hours? can i contact you by phone?

Business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 6pm.  Because invites are a time sensitive item, I do try to respond in the evenings and weekends when I can but can't guarantee my availability.  Printing and shipping are only available Monday thru Friday.

Because I am a one woman show, the quickest way for me to reply to your questions is through email.  I am happy however to answer any and all questions and will do my best to address any concerns.


Will I get to see a proof of my item before you print? Can I get a printed proof?

An item purchased with any type of personalization (excluding any one letter monogram item) will receive a proof within 1 business day of your order (please allow up to 2 business days for wedding suites or orders with multiple items). Please check your design carefully for spelling, punctuation or missing information. Two Pooch can not be responsible for any errors noticed after the final approval is given.

Because I have order minimums I don't send printed proofs however you can purchase a printed copy of the Two Pooch Color Palette if you are worried about colors coming out correctly.

Please remember to check your email for your proof. If I do not receive any type of response from you after 10 days of your proof being posted, I will ship without approval but can not be held responsible for any typos.


what is your turnaround time? What are my shipping options? Do you ship internationally?

DIGITAL PROOFS are sent within 1 business day of your order.  Wedding orders and orders with multiple items may take up to 2 business days.  

STANDARD PRODUCTION items ship within 2 to 3 business days from approval on your proof and payment.

RUSH PRODUCTION for up to 2 unique items is available for $15 and will ship within 1 business day.

SHIPPING - CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS ship FedEx Ground (2-5 business days), in addition to production time. 2DAY and Overnight shipping are available for an additional fee. 

NON-CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED items ship USPS First Class.* These items will ship within 1 business day of your order.

All orders will receive an email with tracking information once the shipment has been scheduled. 

*Please note that custom/personalized items will not ship together with an individual greeting card, thank you note set, calendar or any non custom/ personalized order and will incur additional shipping charges. To offer the best prices I currently have to ship non personalized items from one location and personalized items from another. I apologize for any inconvenience.

All NON US/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are currently PRINTABLE ONLY.
