Welcome to the Two Pooch Paperie - custom stationery, invitations and other paper delights for any event! Everything in my shop is made to order which means it is always customizable. The products in my shop are created with great care and attention to detail. I strive to provide quality designs, printing, paper and packaging at an affordable price.
Because invitations are time sensitive, I treat all questions and orders as priority and do my best to respond quickly. My general business hours are below however I pop into the shop when I can in the off hours in case of quick turn around requests.
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Saturday, 9:30AM - 12PM
» PURCHASING AN ITEM «
The full line is available in the Two Pooch Paperie shop on Etsy however you can also contact me directly by emailing kellie@twopoochpaperie.com. If you see an item on the blog but not in the shop, or if you want to discuss a brand new design, contact me through Etsy or through an email and I'll be happy to work with you to get you the item you're interested in. All Photocard designs are available through Snapfish.

» PRINTING «
All printing is done on a Hi-Definition Inkjet printer and handmade by yours truly. Please note that colors may look different on your screen and I can not be responsible for slight variations in your printed items.
» PAPER «
All stationery, cards, invitations, tags and other paper items are printed on 100 lb Smooth White Cover paper stock. Stickers are printed on a White Matte Adhesive stock. Envelopes are available in red, white and kraft paper.
» PROOFS «
An item purchased with any type of personalization (excluding any one letter monogram item) will receive a proof within 24 hours of your order. Please check your design carefully for spelling, punctuation or missing information. Two Pooch can not be responsible for any errors noticed after the final approval is given.
Please remember to check your email or convos for your proof. If I do not receive any type of response from you after 10 days of your proof being posted, I will ship without approval but can not be held responsible for any typos.
» CUSTOM DESIGNS «
Looking for something specific that you just can't find? Convo me through Etsy or email kellie@twopoochpaperie.com with your ideas and I'll be happy to work with you on a brand new design.
For new, custom designs please note the following:
→ A first draft requires a 7 day turnaround. Depending on the depth of the design, more time may be required. Time frames will be communicated with you once you place your initial request.
→ A reasonable number of revisions (2-3) will be included. Each revision can take up to 24 hours. Please submit as many revisions at one time as possible to keep the design process moving along smoothly.
→ Two Pooch Paperie is more than happy to accommodate any new design request however I ask that you please keep in mind the general style of designs in this shop. Referencing something you like is acceptable but please don't ask that I recreate something another designer has put their unique stamp on.
→ Custom designs do not cost an additional fee. Because of this, I retain the right to re-sell or re-create the design.

» PAYMENT «
PayPal is the preferred form of payment. Please make sure your Etsy address and PayPal address match to avoid any delay in shipping.
» SHIPPING «
All orders ship within 2-3 business days of your final approval on the proof.
Shipping fees are based on the quantity of items purchased and shipping supplies used. All orders are shipped via the USPS and will ship:
→ FIRST CLASS (3-5 business days), for quantities 30 or less
→ PRIORITY (2-3 business days), for quantities over 30. This is also available for quick turnaround, smaller orders. Please notify me if you prefer Priority shipping before purchasing your listing.
All orders will receive an email with tracking information once the shipment has been scheduled.

» REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES «
All unused, non-personalized items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. All returns must be approved, please contact me before returning an item.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I headed back to school to see if Graphic Design was what I was searching for, not really sure what I was getting into and fearing I would have to draw something. It was love at first sight. I loved everything about it and discovered a whole new part of me that I never knew was there.
Four years later, design degree in hand from Kendall College of Art and Design and a solid start in the greeting card world, I landed a job at American Greetings designing stationery and invitations. My years there were invaluable but I needed to try the nuts and bolts Graphic Design and took a job with a small marketing/design studio. It wasn't long before I missed designing stationery and invitations. Thus began Two Pooch Paperie.
The inspiration for the name Two Pooch Paperie came from my two dogs, Molly and Baxter. The craziest two dogs this side of the Mississippi.
